  • Replace all burned out light bulbs and clean all light fixtures. 
  • Repair defective light switches. 
  • Get rid of clutter both inside and out. 
  • Cut and edge grass. 
  • Trim hedges and weed gardens. 
  • Paint, fix or wash railings, steps, storm windows, screens and doors.
