“We belong to a social club and have several friends and acquaintances within the club that currently work in the real estate industry. Consequently, we had many choices for representation. Kate stood out to us, because she was very patient with our timeline. For nearly three years, we had been discussing our intentions to sell our existing home of 40+ years in Renton, and buying a new home that would be centrally located between our adult children and grandchildren. Ultimately, it took us a full year to downsize and finish some remodeling projects to prepare our home for the sale, and in 2018 we made it happen. Kate did not give up on us during this whole time.
